Dennis Snow's customer service abilities were honed over 20 years with the Walt Disney World organization. There, he developed his passion for service excellence and the experience he brings to the worldwide speaking and consulting he does today.
He began his Disney career in 1979 as a front-line attractions operator. As he advanced through the company, Dennis managed various operating areas throughout the parks, learning and applying the skills it takes to run a world-class, service-driven organization.
Dennis launched a division of the Disney Institute responsible for consulting with some of the world’s largest companies including ExxonMobil, AT&T, and Coca Cola. During this time, he presented to audiences in diverse locations around the world, such as South Africa, Australia, Mexico, England and Argentina. This division quickly became the fastest growing venture of the Disney Institute and experienced repeat business of nearly 100%.
He also spent several years with the Disney University, teaching corporate philosophy and business practices to cast members and the leadership team. While there, he coordinated the Disney Traditions program which is universally recognized as a benchmark in corporate training. In his last year with Walt Disney World, Dennis’ leadership performance was ranked in the top 3% of the company’s leadership team.

Jean Acevedo, LHRM, CPC, CHC, CENTC, AAPC Fellow has over 30 years of health care experience. Jean demonstrates particular expertise in all facets of rheumatology documentation and coding, working with small and large rheumatology practices across the country for more than a decade. She has been a speaker at many of the rheumatology physicians’ annual meetings including STAR, the Florida Society of Rheumatology and the National Organization of Rheumatology Managers (NORM). Emily Graham, MSHIM, RHIA, CCS-P, joined Hart Health Strategies in January 2011 as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs, where she helped establish the firm’s regulatory and quality services portfolio. As a member of the Hart Health Strategies team, Ms. Graham works with a diverse range of organizations on complex challenges that impact the quality and delivery of health care that arise from an ever-changing health policy landscape. She routinely engages with key federal agencies under the US Departments of Health and Human Services, Veterans Affairs, and Defense, including noteworthy advisors that influence federal health policy, and frequently interacts with Congressional offices as a subject matter expert.
Across her decades-long career in health policy, Ms. Graham has served in multiple roles, including as the Associate Director of Regulatory Affairs for the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ASCRS), where she focused on a variety of regulatory and quality improvement issues for ophthalmic surgeons. Here, she also served as Chair of the Quality and Health Information Technology and Regulatory Committee for the Alliance of Specialty Medicine, and as a staff liaison to the AMA's CPT Editorial Panel and Revalue Value Systems Update Committee (RUC), the National Quality Forum (NQF), Surgical Quality Alliance (SQA), and the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Z80, among others.
Ms. Graham also held positions with the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head Neck Surgery as a Practice Management Coordinator, where she focused on coding and reimbursement issues, as well as in an acute care hospital billing office and in a physician practice. She also held positions in academia, serving as the Assistant Dean and Program Director for the Health Information Management and Clinical Data Coding (HIM/CDC) Programs at Northern Virginia Community College's (NVCC) Medical Education Campus (MEC), as an adjunct faculty member for the NVCC HIM/CDC program, and most recently, as Chair of the NVCC HIM/CDC Advisory Committee.
Ms. Graham is a Past President of the District of Columbia Health Information Management Association (DCHIMA) and currently holds credentials as a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) and Certified Coding Specialist – Physician-based (CCS-P) from the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA). She obtained a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in HIM from Stephens College, Columbia, MO. She completed her Six Sigma Green Belt training at Villanova University.

Dr. Saitta is a board-certified rheumatologist in Fayetteville, Arkansas and is also a Fellow of the American College of Rheumatology. He has participated on numerous committees, councils and advisory bodies related to rheumatology practice, government regulation, health care payment models and advocacy for patients’ rights. Currently, he serves on the board of the Arkansas Rheumatology Association and on the executive committee of the Coalition of State Rheumatology Organizations, a national advocacy and education resource dedicated to improving access to quality care for rheumatology patients.

M. Shawn Stinson, MD serves as the Senior Vice President for Healthcare Innovation and Improvement at BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina. In this role, he oversees clinical programs supporting BCBSSC Private Business. Prior to coming to BCBSSC, he was the Chief Quality & Patient Safety Officer of Palmetto Health, now known as Prisma Midlands. He serves as an adjunct Associate Professor at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine.
Dr. Stinson attended the Duke University School of Medicine, after completing his undergraduate education at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. His internship and residency training were undertaken at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Internal Medicine. He began his career at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in 1991 and advanced to Assistant Professor of Medicine before coming to the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in 1995 to direct the Internal Medicine Residency Program at Richland Memorial Hospital.

Amanda Waesch is an attorney at Brennan, Manna and Diamond, with offices in Ohio, Florida, Arizona and Michigan. Ms. Waesch operates a national healthcare practice and is licensed in Florida, Ohio and Tennessee. She primarily focuses her practice on advising all types of healthcare providers, including, hospitals and physicians, on medical staff issues, billing and reimbursement appeals and strategies, regulatory compliance, contracting, and general corporate matters.
