The sharing of your information with Cornerstone is intended to facilitate communication to you of your eligibility to participate in the group purchasing organization operated by Cornerstone and educate you on the potential benefits to you of participation. The NORM membership information shared with Cornerstone includes the NORM member's name, e-mail address, practice name, mailing address, telephone number, and HIN #. To opt-out of sharing your e-mail address and telephone number with Cornerstone, please send an email with the subject line "Cornerstone Opt-Out" to info@normgroup.org.
